Type of abstracts:


  • Short oral presentation (15 minutes)
  • Poster

Abstract guidelines:


  1. Authors must be listed with their affiliations. The author presenting the lecture or poster must be indicated by an asterisk (*) behind his or her name.  
  2. Maximum length is 1,500 characters.
  3. The submitting author must verify that all co-authors have read and approved the submission of the abstract. 
  4. The author(s) must disclose any financial interests related to the presented work in their submission form.  


Acceptance: authors will be notified about the acceptance/rejection of their abstract within 20 days after submission.


Publication: Accepted abstracts will be published



Entrance fee: Authors presenting an oral lecture will get free entrance.
